Reporting to the Head of Compliance and collaborating closely with the Director of Legal, this pivotal role entails the development and upkeep of a robust Compliance and Ethics program. The Compliance and Ethics Manager plays a crucial role in nurturing ethical practices among all employees and agents, while mitigating risks associated with misconduct. This role ensures that the company's compliance processes adhere to relevant regulatory standards and internal policies, aligned with the company's safety protocols and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with keen judgment and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements within the mining sector, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
**Location**
This is a full-time position situated at the corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Canada, with the option for a flexible work arrangement and you should be comfortable relocating to Beautiful British Columbia
